Seiko Mod Labs is an independent custom watch business based in England, specialising in the creation of hand-built timepieces using genuine Seiko movements and high-quality aftermarket components. By purchasing from Seiko Mod Labs, you are entering into a contract with us, and you agree to the following terms.
2. Product Descriptions
We aim to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of each product on our website. However, due to the custom nature of our watches, slight variations may occur between units. All watches are assembled using aftermarket components and genuine Seiko movements. We do not claim that our watches are official Seiko products.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our products are clearly listed on the website. All payments for products must be made in full at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
We accept payment via PayPal, apple pay, card, google pay etc. You agree to pay the total amount for the product, including shipping and any applicable taxes or fees.
4. Custom Orders
Custom-built watches are made to order. Please allow 7 to 18 days for the production and preparation of your custom watch. This may vary depending on the complexity of the build and availability of parts. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a defect with the product upon arrival.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping with fully tracked delivery services. Delivery times vary by location, but typically:
- UK: 1–3 working days
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- Rest of World: 5–10 working days

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted for custom-built watches unless there is a defect or damage that occurred during shipping. Please review our Refund Policy for more details on how we handle damaged or defective items.
For standard model orders, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the watch is unused and in its original condition and conditions are met
7. Warranty

8. Limitation of Liability
Seiko Mod Labs is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
