Can I Order a Watch Without the Seiko Logo?
Yes, you have the option to customize your watch, including requesting the removal of the Seiko inscription. Simply let us know your preference prior to placing your order.
What are the Production and Delivery Times?
The production of your customized watch typically takes 10 to 14 days, this is so we can ensure care and precision in your time piece and guarantee quality. By sending all watches with express delivery no matter the location we ensure speed.
In total, expect approximately 14 business days to receive your custom hand built watch, ready to wear.
Does the Watch Come with any Guarantee?
At Seiko Mod Labs we stand by our craftsmanship - each watch comes with a 2 year manufacturing issue guarantee for peace of mind.
